SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How We Do It
- We offer fast and reliable shipping services for all our home decor orders. All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (unless stated under Pre-order) and delivered within the time frame of weekdays only, exclusive of weekends and public holidays.
- We understand that being able to receive your furniture in a timely manner is important to you. All of our furniture items are preorder based and usually take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Shipping charges are calculated as Flat Rate, and while we strive to meet the estimated time frame, it is not guaranteed.
- Our shipping rate for home decor items are RM8, while for home furniture items, the rate is RM100 for West Malaysia orders and RM200 for East Malaysia orders. Enjoy free shipping on home furniture when you spend a minimum of RM1500 for West Malaysia orders and RM2000 for East Malaysia orders.
