RETURNS

- Ukiyo Home Decor provides returns and exchange only for the following reasons : Defective item / Incorrect item. 

- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Kindly take note that for defective product, we only accept refund / exchange after you've received the items within 24 hours) 

- We will notify you whether is it approved once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, customer will receive their refund within 7 working days / we will resend the correct item in 24 hours ( subject to stock availability)
